Since early 2015, as co-founder and partner of The Growth Factory (www.theGrowthfactory.de), a consulting company for startups, I have been supporting promising young companies on their way to the top.
My leadership career has been characterized by having taken on management responsibilities very early and the rapid and continuous professional growth that followed. Over the years, I have led, and have been involved with, a large number of intensive, organizational changes which have impacted executives, their teams and myself.
Against this backdrop, from an early stage in my career, I have been interested in the development of executives and their teams. Motivated by my diverse experiences and reflections, I have dealt intensively with the subject of ‘management responsibility and personal development’, both as a manager and as an individual.”
In addition to my practical experience and insights, I have completed in-depth advanced training in leadership and management development, including NLP and Systemic Coaching. I continue to be fascinated by such complex themes and enjoy having the privilege to work with managers on their internal and external growth.

Such questions led me to establish a charity called HELDEN (HEROES) in 2014. HELDEN is dedicated to the development of socially disadvantaged children, adolescents and young adults.
Personally, I am, among other things, the proud father of a son who enjoys reading biographies. I am also a passionate triathlete.
